Cancellation & Replacement Policy

By accessing, browsing, and/or using (www.avaneehome.care) online payment gateway, you agree to the following terms. This page contains the terms and conditions concerning your use of the Avanee home health care online payment website. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

  • Avanee home health care reserves the full right to refuse/cancel a service requested by you. A request for cancellation shall be made by you not less than two hours before the appointment/service time. Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, you will be eligible to receive a full refund of less 3%, to be deducted as a Credit card Service Fee.
  • Cancellations received after stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone, E-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All refund requests must be made by you or the credit card holder and must include the name of the user and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment within 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
